Section 29A panels – invitation for expressions of interest

Expressions of interest are now being sought from practitioners interested in joining the Section 29A panels for:

  • Family Law
  • Children's Court (Family Division)
  • Summary Crime.

VLA intends to include additional names on the above panels pursuant to section 29A of the Legal Aid Act and accordingly invites expressions of interest.
 
Practitioners who are currently on the above panels do not need to apply.
