New duty lawyer panel – Children's Court of Victoria at Moorabbin Justice Centre

VLA intends to appoint a new limited panel of private practitioners to conduct duty lawyer matters in the new Children’s Court (Family Division) at the Moorabbin Justice Centre. Accordingly, applications are being sought from individual practitioners with demonstrated practice skills and competency in the Children's Court jurisdiction.
Applications must be lodged electronically and received at VLA by close of business on 13 March 2009. Late and paper-based applications will not be considered. Applications should be marked 'Duty Lawyer Panel' and submitted to FABDivision@vla.vic.gov.au.

Applications must address all of the selection criteria.
VLA may choose the panel on the basis of the written application or at its sole discretion seek additional information or interview applicants.
