This new booklet is for workers who help people with infringement problems in Victoria. It explains what happens when a fine remains unpaid, and explains the options.

It has information about:

  • how the infringement system works
  • what to do if you disagree with the fine
  • what happens if you don’t pay the fine
  • where to get help.

Victoria Legal Aid also produces a simpler, shorter fines publication which also available in Arabic, Chinese, Turkish and Vietnamese.
